Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

  1. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders in the greater Taipei areas should arrive within 2-3 days (not counting holidays). The rest of Taiwan should arrive in 3-5 days. If you have not received your order within 5 days, please let us know.  
  2. Delivery will take place through convenience store pickup (7-11 or Family Mart)
  3. If we cannot facilitate your order, we will notify you within 2 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

  1. After receiving your items, you have 7 days to initiate a return or exchange. Please keep the original packaging and receipt as they will be needed for the process.
  2. To return or exchange a product, it must be in its original, unused condition (must retain tags, original packaging, and any included items such as free gifts)
  3. Please include the original invoice with your return
  4. For partial returns, if the remaining total order is below the threshold for the discount, the discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive NT$100 discount for spending NT$1000 and then initiate a return that brings your total purchase under NT$1000, then the NT$100 discount will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Return and exchanges will be denied in the following situations:
  • For hygiene purposes, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Item has obvious signs of use
  • Item has stains or odors
  • Clothing has been washed or modified in some unrecoverable way
  • Tags are removed, lost, or damaged
  • Free gifts or included items are missing or damaged

** We reserve the right to accept or deny all returns. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to assist in your return or exchange.**


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    1. To initiate a return/exchange
      1. If you are a member: Log into your account, select the order you want to return/exchange, then use the message function to tell us which item you want to return/exchange and the reason (If you chose to pay at the store on arrival, please include your bank account information so we can issue a refund).
      2. If you are NOT a member:Please send an email to info@hikeright.tw (Please provide your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange in the message and If you chose to pay at the store on arrival, please include your bank account information so we can issue a refund.)
    2. We will confirm your return/exchange and then provide you a return QR Code (that’s right. The return is free). All returns/exchanges must be sent via 7-11**The return label is valid for 3 days. After that you will need to contact us again so we can issue a new label**
    3. When we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or send the new product to you

Return/Exchange Limitations

  1. For hygiene reasons, Merino panties cannot be returned or exchanged (If you are not satisfied with our panties, please contact us so we can make it right.)

  2. If the tag is missing, the product is damaged, or shows signs of wear then it cannot be returned or exchanged 

  3. If you want to return an item due to size or color, please do so within 7 days of receiving the product. After that, your request for return/exchange may be denied. 

  4. Free return shipping is only provided once.
